Cheques Payable to M. Day Luxury Caravan Hire Booking Agreement 1. Arrival time 15.00hrs (3pm) at the commencement of your holiday. With a departure time of 10.00am. Please return the keys to reception at the end of your holiday. 2. The only people allowed to stay in the caravan are the requested named people on the booking form. No further guests are allowed to stay in the caravan, unless prior to arrival, they are agreed by luxury caravan hire. This request has to be in writing prior to the start of the holiday. 3. Primrose valley is a family site and no all-young male or young female parties are allowed, except with the express permission of Haven Holidays Primrose Valley. Only the people who are listed on the booking form are allowed to stay overnight in the caravan. The person signing the booking form takes all responsibilities for all the party 4. We understand that accidents do occur and we try to cover as much as possible. If any of your party does have an accident please could you replace the item if itТs something small? If itТs a large item and this is not possible, please inform us at before the end of your stay we will arrange replacement and send you the bill. 5. Our aim is to hire caravans of a very high standard that are cleaned to a very high standard; we believe that all guests have the right to expect such a service. To help us achieve such a very high standard, all our guests agree to take care of the caravan, which they are renting, and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday. If the caravan is left in an untidy and dirty condition at the end of your stay you agree to pay an additional cost of г100.00 to cover the administration and cleaning cost. To prove that caravans are left in an unsatisfactory condition, photographs will be taken before the caravan is cleaned and used as evidence. 6. No pets are allowed in the caravan at any time 7. If you do smoke please use the ashtrays provided. Please be careful with Cigarettes at all times. No smoking in the bedrooms or the bathroom. The caravans are fully checked each week ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY SMOKING AND CIGARETTES YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR AT FULL COST 8. Any changes to a confirmed booking we reserve the right to charge an admin fee of г15 per change Any infringement of these rules will result in the immediate lost of your holiday with no monies refunded. WHEN A BOOKING IS MADE Once a booking has been confirmed in writing by us Luxury Caravan Hire and you the guest, an agreement has been made. We will provide the accommodation that you have asked for. If you the guest, for any reason whatsoever is unable to take up the accommodation then it is your responsibility to ensure that all monies outstanding are duly paid to us, Luxury Caravan Hire on or before the due date. We therefore recommend that you do take out cancellation insurance * Please read this part in reference to cancellation. . . If you cancel 8 or more weeks before the start date of your holiday just the loss of deposit.
